Partnership Quality Self-Assessment

This appendix gives you a quick way to assess the quality of your current Human-AI partnership practice.

Use it honestly. The aim is not to achieve a flattering score; it is to see where you are today so that you know what to strengthen next.

The interactive assessment below is designed to be taken at the start of your practice and then revisited every three months. What matters most is not a single score, but the direction of travel over time.

How to use it

Answer each question according to how you actually work today, not how you intend to work in an ideal week.

Once you receive your result, use the recommended next step to return to the most relevant chapter and deepen the habit or principle that needs attention most.

What to look for afterwards

Do not treat this as a personality test. Treat it as a practice diagnostic.

If your score is lower than expected, that is useful. It shows you where the structure is missing. If it is higher than expected, the question becomes whether you can sustain that quality consistently across more demanding work.

The quality of the partnership is revealed over time through better thinking, better decisions, and clearer continuity between sessions.

What to do next

When you have your result, continue to Chapter 12: Your First Partnership Conversation and use it to begin a real practice straight away.

Chapter 12

When you have your result, move straight into Your First Partnership Conversation and turn the assessment into immediate practice.
